1. What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Iris Solis piece. If it’s not the perfect fit, you may return it within 21 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method or for store credit.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and a small return shipping charge may be deducted from your refund.

We’re glad to offer one exchange per order. Customers cover the cost of returning the original item, while Iris Solis covers the shipping for the replacement.


2. What sizing do you offer?
Our current sizing ranges from XS to XL. We carefully design each piece to accentuate the waist, ensuring a flattering fit for everyone. We understand that inclusivity is important and are actively working towards expanding our size range in the near future!


3. How do I choose the right size?
To help you find the perfect fit, we provide a detailed size guide on each product page. Please refer to this guide for measurements specific to each item. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.


4. Are your pieces designed for curvy body types?
Absolutely! Every piece in our collection is thoughtfully crafted to accentuate your silhouette and celebrate curves. Our goal is to help you feel confident and classy in every outfit.


5. Can I exchange my item for a different size?
Yes! If you need to exchange for a different size, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note: we only accept the order if it's in original, unworn condition. 


6. How should I care for my clothing?
To ensure your pieces maintain their quality, we recommend following the care instructions provided on the label. Generally, hand washing in cold water and air drying is best for preserving the fabric and fit.

10. Are your Wool and Cashmere pieces ethically sourced? 

This cardigan is made from a thoughtful blend of 30% hand-combed cashmere and 70% mulesing-free wool, sourced with care from small-scale herders and responsible farms.

Our cashmere comes from independent herders in Inner Mongolia, where goats are gently hand-combed during their natural molting season, never sheared. This ensures the fiber is collected ethically and without harm, preserving both the softness of the wool and the dignity of the animal. We’re proudly working toward Good Cashmere Standard (GCS) certification with our partners to further ensure traceability and animal care.

Our wool is sourced from farms that strictly prohibit mulesing. Every supplier is required to provide a signed legal declaration, and over 90% of our wool meets the globally recognized Responsible Wool Standard (RWS) which upholds the Five Freedoms of animal welfare and is backed by independent audits.
